This privacy policy explains how Specleader ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you visit www.specleader.com (the "Website") or use the Specleader software and related services (the "Services"). It applies to visitors, account holders, and authorised users of our customers ("you").
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you are in the European Economic Area, parts of this policy also reflect obligations under the EU GDPR where applicable.
Who is responsible for your data?

Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, telephone number, job title, and organisation name.
- Account and profile data: login identifiers, preferences, profile information you choose to add (for example showroom contact details shown to your customers).
- Transaction data: billing address, subscription plan, payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we generally do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Content and project data: configurations, proposals, surveys, uploads, and messages you submit through the Services in line with how your organisation uses the product.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, log data, and how you navigate the Services.
- Communications: emails or messages you send to support and records we keep of enquiries.
How we use personal data and lawful bases
We use personal data for the following purposes and on these bases:
